ABOUT MICHAEL LEE
Since no one really reads this section anyway, here’s what you need to know:
I joined the Marine Corps because I NEEDED a challenge.
I led a multimillion-dollar intelligence contract in Afghanistan for BAE Systems because I NEEDED to lead.
I earned my graduate degree from Clemson and am pursuing another at Boston University because I NEED to keep learning.
I started my various companies in real estate because I saw industries that NEEDED to change.
I have never been particularly good at accepting the status quo. Sometimes to my own detriment. But one thing you can’t say is that when I saw a need, I didn’t try to do something about it.
And that brings me to real estate.
The brokerage industry NEEDS to adapt. It needs to evolve, rethink how it serves people, and challenge the way things have always been done. Because if an industry refuses to change, eventually it becomes irrelevant.
I don't pretend to have all the answers. But I intend to be part of the conversation, hopefully part of the solution, and defintely part of the change.
Because the only thing worse than recognizing a need for change is doing nothing about it.
